we track the numbers.

Black Men in Medicine began as a simple act of documentation — tracking how many Black men matched into residency programs across every specialty in medicine. What started as a record became a movement. 21,000 people joined to witness, celebrate, and demand more.

The numbers matter because the people behind them matter. Every match is a barrier broken. Every white coat is a door opened for someone who comes after.

The Inaugural 2026 Collection is a wearable tribute — for every Black man who matched, graduated, practiced, and paved the way. Seven pieces. One mission. A limited preorder closing June 1.
